Terms of Service

These terms cover this website and the free roof inspection you can request through it. The work itself is covered by the written contract P2H Constructions Services signs with you, not by this page. Where the two differ, the contract governs.

Who we are

P2H Constructions Services LLC, which also does business as P2H Construction LLC, is a residential roofing contractor registered with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs as a home improvement contractor, NJ HIC #13VH13991400, and insured. We work in Morris, Monmouth, Union, Somerset, Middlesex, Ocean, Warren, Mercer, and Hunterdon counties.

The free roof inspection

Requesting an inspection is free and puts you under no obligation. A roofer comes out, gets on the roof where it is safe to do so, checks the deck underneath, and photographs what they find. You are shown the photographs and you decide what happens next.

Scheduling depends on weather, daylight, and how far out we are booked. Roofs that cannot be walked safely are assessed as far as they can be, and we tell you when that is the case.

Quotes and prices

No price appears on this website, because a roof’s price depends on its size, its pitch, and how much of the decking underneath has gone bad, and none of that is known until the roof is opened up. You get your price in writing after the inspection and before any work starts.

A quote is an offer for the work described in it. Finding conditions that were not visible at the inspection can change what the job requires, and any change is discussed with you and put in writing before it is done.

Calls and text messages

Submitting the inspection form is a request for a phone call about your roof, and P2H will call the number you provide for that purpose.

Text messages are separate. You receive them only if you agree to, and agreeing is never a condition of getting an inspection, a quote, or any work. If you do agree, messages are about your request and the work that follows it, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. The Privacy Policy describes how your number is handled, including that mobile opt-in data is never shared or sold for marketing.

Warranty

P2H backs its roof replacements with a 10 year workmanship warranty. Its full terms live in the written contract for your job. This website describes how P2H works in general; it does not add warranty rights beyond your contract, and nothing in these terms takes any away.

What this site is not

Nothing on this site is professional advice about your specific roof. Only an inspection can say what your roof needs. P2H does not offer financing or payment plans, and does not file or negotiate insurance claims. Storm damage repair is work we do; handling your claim is not.

Using this site

Submit accurate contact details and use the form for genuine inspection requests. Do not use this site to submit anyone else’s information, to send automated traffic, or to attempt to interfere with how it runs.

The text, photographs, and design on this site belong to P2H Constructions Services LLC. The job photographs are of real P2H work and are not licensed for reuse.

Your rights under New Jersey law

These terms are governed by New Jersey law. Nothing in them limits or waives any right you have as a consumer under New Jersey law, including the Consumer Fraud Act and the Home Improvement Practices regulations, or under federal law. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced under New Jersey law, that part does not apply and the rest still does.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate and correct it when something changes. It describes how P2H works in general, and your job is described by your own quote and contract.
